Salutogenic leadership 

This is where the heart and mind combine to form an unbeatable unit that makes it possible to decide quickly and effectively. We promote confidence, trust and courage to take responsibility in a complex world characterized by change.

In an agile context, the image of a person who stands above or in front of others fades away. It is replaced by the image of a person who ignites the spark in others and thus creates brilliant cooperation. This requires presence, empathy and decisiveness. Everyone can ensure this for themselves if they treat themselves and their environment consciously and attentively.

More and more people are realizing that the mind alone does not lead us to well-being and happiness. Many levels are united within us and form a harmonious whole. The sooner we recognize and nurture these, the sooner we will get to where we want to be as a happy and successful manager and business leader.

About me

I know from my own experience what it means to be a highly committed person traveling in different countries around the world. Unfortunately, my practical and theoretical knowledge in medicine did not protect me from burnout. I had simply underestimated how much my high demands would push me to the limits of my capabilities and how the famous blind spot - as with everyone - would cloud my vision.

This experience motivated me to recognize the strings behind the scenes and develop an early warning system. My further education as a certified systemic and agile coach gave me the opportunity to compile effective strategies and tools. These are embedded in every working day. So, I am not only performing better than before, I am also constantly caring for my own well-being and for the health of everyone involved without additional work.

Over the years, I have grown and built up an international network of brilliant experts who support the client's development or change process as required and with the client's agreement. We are united by the will to ensure better and healthier coexistence on a daily basis. To this end, we are constantly researching and developing our approaches. Together we put together pieces of the puzzle, some of which are hidden, to form a whole.
