I experienced on my own what it means to be a highly committed person living in different countries around the world. Unfortunately, my practical and theoretical knowledge in medicine did not protect me from burnout. I had simply underestimated how much my aim to be perfect pushed me to the limits of my energy. The famous blind spot had clouded my view for the essentials
This experience encouraged me to dig deeper in behavioural patterns and our psychology. I developed a matrix to visualize the complex system of health issues. My further education as a certified systemic and agile coach gave me the opportunity to collect effective strategies and tools in order to support people who wish to change their way of working, thinking and feeling.
So, I am not only performing better than before, I am also constantly caring for my own well-being and for the health of everyone involved without additional work.
Over the years, I have grown and built up an international network of brilliant experts who support the client's development or change process as required and with the client's agreement. We are united by the will to ensure better and healthier coexistence on a daily basis. To this end, we are constantly researching and developing our approaches.
